Animal Care and Protective Services

The grand opening of the Jacksonville Care and Protection facility in Jacksonville was a success! The facility is beautiful...it's a 'green' fuctioning facility and today, during the grand opening, over 70 dogs and cats were adopted and are now living in their forever homes tonight. I was fortunate to have played a small part in the grand opening with a book signing of my book, Angel in a Fur Coat. Here are some photos of today's event.

Mayor Peyton spoke and did the ribbion cutting ceremony.
