I grew up in the suburbs of Maryland, outside the city
limits of Washington D.C. I received a BA degree in Psychology from the
University of Maryland in Baltimore (UMBC). I've worked at a State facility for
severe emotionally challenged children and adolescents for over 13 years. I
currently reside in Florida as a children/young adult author where I do book
signings at retail stores, special events, festivals, and school
visits.
Angel in a Fur Coat Explore the wonderful world of dogs through the eyes of a special little angel whose everlasting dream is to be a person's best friend.
The story begins in a far away place somewhere over the horizon where angels train to become dogs on earth. The angels attend the K9 Academy where they are taught about various dog breeds and learn of different dog jobs and most importantly, what it means to be a dog. When they graduate they get a fur coat and are born on earth as a dog to find the person they were made for.
In book one, the fable of the pink toe is explored and in book two, the legend is unleashed.
The true story of a little dog adopted from the shelter, lost in the big city, and returned safely to her new home for a new beginning.
